SHIPPING INFORMATION

All standard items in-stock are shipped immediately upon confirmation of payment. However custom-made orders do take time as per volume, size of order and depend on if any other customer order already in process. All Orders are shipped ‘By Air Registered Mail’ For rush deliveries we do use DHL courier service  for Europe, United Kingdom and Middle East destinations, and 4 days for USA, Canada, and Australian destinations. Direct DHL services are also available delivery within 72 hours to all destinations ‘subject to customer choice’. For whole-sale Sutler buyers who buy in bulk, goods are shipped By Cargo Services but  we strongly suggest to all whole-sale buyers kindly place your required bulk order prior to one month & see very nominal freight charges- Delivery By Sea – that takes almost 30 days to most of destinations.

For small orders or samples usually, we put lower value on invoice and mark “gift” or “sample” to help you to avoid the tax or less your tax.

Courier Service

We dispatch most of orders using DHL courier to worldwide destinations, because it is faster and reliable service.

However, we do use FedEx & UPS on client’s request but these are expensive to DHL also delivery time is a bit longer than DHL, if you want us to use these couriers to send shipments please confirm your exact shipping address for exact shipping cost for FedEx & UPS.

We do use “Sky Net” and “DPD” Courier for our UK clients because it is much cheaper than other couriers but it takes 5-8 days for UK only. If you want us to use Sky Net courier, please do inform us, while ordering.

Important Note:

Please be noted that if order weight increases from 50 KG only additional flat rate is charged and 1st KG is waved off. But if order weight is below to 50kg 1st kg will be charged as usual please. Please contact us for more information about the shipping cost.
