General

­­Products available for sale on this website (Products) are subject to these terms and conditions. By placing an order for Products on this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and you are bound by the version available on the site at the date of placing your order. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions include our privacy policy and the information on our help page.

If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you), the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected. This agreement has below given clauses;

Communication

We assume your consent to send you electronic communications regarding our new products, updates, special offers, promotions & price discounts etc. You will always have an option to opt-out and choose these communications are not sent to you in future.

Your representations

You promise that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement and to use any mode of payment i.e. Wire Transfer, Western Union, Money Gram etc to purchase the Products. You also promise that all information you have provided is accurate and true. You authorise us to perform validation checks and authorisation with the concerned financial institution.

Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify us, our officers, employees, agents and suppliers, immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising out of any breach by you of these terms and conditions or by your use of this website, or the use of any other person accessing this website using your personal information.

Prices

All prices are exclusive of shipping charges, unless we tell you otherwise. Prices and availability of Products may be changed at any time without notice. The price at which you agree to purchase the Products is the price at the time you place your order.

Colours

We make every effort to ensure that the images of the Products on our website are accurate. However because of differences between monitors the colour you see of the Product may not accurately reflect its true colour.

Orders

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your information (Confidential Information) is kept secure. However unless we have been negligent, we are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access by a third party to your Confidential Information.

Acceptance

Once you have placed an order to us, we will confirm you by our registered email or whatsapp number for receipt of the order you have sent. We will not accept the order and complete the contract until we dispatch the Products ordered. If there is a problem with your order, e.g. a problem with your wire transfer, western union and money gram or we do not have the Products ordered in stock or need 4-5 weeks then we cannot accept the contract, we will tell you by email or whatsapp.

Payment

Simply you can make payment by Bank Transfer that is wire & swift transfer, we also accept payment by Western Union & Money Grams, and we are planning to have a PayPal account as soon as possible so that our clients who prefer to make payment using PayPal could make payment easily. But meanwhile we accept payment by T/T, Western Union & Money Gram.

A full deposit is required on orders less than 1000/- $ USD. However in case of good size order we do accommodate our customers. We do not do business on credit basis due to some severe past experiences. Moreover, where payment has not been made in full at the time of shipping, we may cancel your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you.

Liability

We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation, whether caused by our negligence or not, arising out of or in connection with the Products or their use or resale by you. We are not liable to pay you any compensation other than a refund equal to the price of the Products (Excluding Shipping Cost) that you have paid us for. More detail visits our return policy page.

Warranty

We 100% take guarantee of all products made in our factory and will replace any items which are in some way defective in craftsmanship or materials. You may return it within 15 days of receiving it in its original packaging and condition for replacement. However, we cannot replace exchange or refund any custom made orders for which wrong details are provided initially by the clients. For instance, wrong spelling details of any bullion item, out of shape/misfit clothing measurement etc.

Delivery

All standard items in-stock are shipped immediately upon confirmation of payment, however custom-made orders do take time as per volume, size of order and if any other customer order already in process. All Orders are shipped ‘By Air Registered Mail’ For rush deliveries we do use DHL courier service  for Europe, United Kingdom and Middle East destinations, and 4 days for USA, Canada, and Australian destinations). Direct DHL services are also available delivery within 72 hours to all destinations ‘subject to customer choice’. For whole-sale Sutler buyers who buy in bulk, goods are shipped By Cargo Services but  we strongly suggest to all whole-sale buyers kindly place your required bulk order prior to one month & see very nominal freight charges- Delivery By Sea – that takes almost 30 days to most of destinations.

Samples

We also offer samples to our new Customers for Evaluation. However, customer needs to pay Samples Cost & Courier Charges in advance. When he will place first order we will deduct the Sample Charges (excluding shipment charges) from the total Invoice Value. For regular clients they can ask for any item as free of cost sample prior to proceed with orders.

Design Charges

We are making design free of any fees but some items cannot be provided as free samples prior to ordering for those items the customer has to pay in advance. When samples are able to be provided, the first sample will be provided at no cost to the customer. Additional samples, should they be requested will be assessed a fee appropriate with the work involved to obtain the same.

Freemason Regalia bears no responsibility for any transportation costs, duties taxes & tariffs that may be applicable in your country. It is therefore clearly understood these costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser/importer. When you send payment please make sure to pay ‘Routing & Transfer’ charges from your end so that we may receive net amount at our end.

Trademarks

All trademarks, brand names, copyrights, Product names and trade names are the property of their respective owners and we do not authorise any use which infringes those rights. Subject to this, you may view, print and download from our website for personal use only. Any other use of information or materials on this website is strictly forbidden without obtaining our written agreement first.

Errors and Omissions

We have made every effort to ensure that the information on this website and in any documentation we may send you (“Information”) is accurate. However we do not make any promises about the Information and we are not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential, which may happen as a result of relying on the Information, except where we are not allowed by law to exclude our liability.

Force Majeure

We are not liable to you for any failure or delay to supply or deliver or for any damage or defect to the Products that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
